The Whodunit Detective Agency is located in the small town of Pleasant Valley and Jerry and Maya are in charge of it. Whenever they hear about a mystery, they will try to solve it. Lately there have been a couple of cases of dog-napping occurring in their town. The dog owners are asked for large sums of money for the return of their pets. The first two owners paid the ransom but never got their dogs back. Now there is a third dog missing and the owner has contacted the police chief. While the police are searching the town for the dog thief, Jerry and Maya decide to go to the movie theater. During the movie, Jerry hears a noise very similar to a dog barking. Hopefully these two young detectives can locate the dogs before another ransom is paid.
