Some people seem to just automatically bounce back from tough times. But the truth is that resilience is not something you are born with--it must be learned. Resilience isn't just about being tough in the face of adversity, but rather learning to make connections with others, move toward goals, maintain a positive view, and accept that change is part of life. Bounce Back will help you find your bounce using quizzes, advice, and practical strategies to build up resiliency skills.

Although the Book has “kid” in the title, I think it would be an excellent book for adults, particularly parents to read. Wendy Moss’ step by step approach to dealing with issues gives readers workable tools and methods to dealing with common problems. Most of all, I think she raises awareness that every person in this world experiences problems in life and with empathy, kindness, reflection and strategies, we can deal with these problems and become more resilient. I really like how she encourages kids to think for themselves and to self reflect.

From my experience, kids like step by step ways to manage their way out of problems and wow...Wendy Moss has nailed it! An incredible book for all ages
