As we've been striving to eat healthier meals, I have been exploring cookbooks that focus on grains and legumes. Of all the numerous grain cookbooks that I've checked out, this one is by far the one that I want to purchase for my own bookshelf. Unlike the others (many of which have good information on the benefits of grain, etc) which contain many similar, basic recipes, this wonderful book is filled with unique, interesting recipes and I can see myself using it over and over again to make interesting, flavorful meals for our family. I highly recommend it!!!
