Consider that this author, a former senior economist at the World Bank, would dare write such a pile of rubbish as this book of dung, when the Census Bureau results have been out for a number of years, indicating that one out of every two Americans qualifies as poor! Insanely stupid, but typical of those who pose as economists at the World Bank, the IMF and the US Federal Reserve Bank! [Kenny is presently with the Center for Global Development, which seems obsessed with privatizaing cities in Honduras, and turning their villages into slave labor camps!]
