It upsets me when I pick up a book and it is like # 3 or 4 in a series. This is what happened with this book. It is kinda difficult to catch up. However, it is a very good book and I will go back and read the ones before this one and then continue the series. Very well written and great intrigue and romance.

She (kurland) is among my fav. authers: Tamora Pierce (GOT TO READ, PEOPLE) & Hilari Bell ( GREAT) but Kurland ROCKS. I have not read her time traveling romances but I recomend 9 kingdoms to any one who likes true love and wonderusly told adventure.Oh and I read it when I was 10, but hey, I read alot of long novels. My fav characters are Miach and Morgan. Miach is a great person and i love Morgains spirit and the fact that she is AWESOME with a sword and is a type of girl i always wanted to be ( NOT the mom- is- dead- thing though. I am planing to probably be a writer myself. P.S. I am a girl
