Wide variety of recipes to try including soups, starters, meat dishes, vegetarian, and desserts. Recipes use ingredients I have on hand or can easily get. I like how the book is coil-bound hard cover, with large print easy to read text, meaning it lays flat on the kitchen counter so I can quickly reference while cooking. More photos would be nice, though not necessary. A very well thought out book that is now part of my home library.
