Now he's made a home with Ma Kent in Superman's hometown of Smallville and it seems he's finally found the peace he's been looking for. But Conner soon finds that Smallville has its own problems. Strange people, from Parasite and Poison Ivy to Phantom Stranger and a hero from a post-apocolyptic future, are being drawn to Smallville and it all has to do with the mysterious "broken silo" and a secret that stretches back into Smallville's distant past.

Reasonably well done first volume. The book is slightly hampered by some inconsistent art, and I'm not particularly a fan of the Superman family of titles to begin with. Probably geared more towards that side of fandom.

One of the best superhero titles in a while. Sad that this had to go for the new dc comics. Good part is this is mostly self contained if you really want to read a little more of this superboy check out superboy the boy of steel by geoff johns first.
