Everything was there for this to be truly hilarious, but found it more hectic than funny.

Quebec makes such great films, I wish they would play longer in the local theatres. I had to watch it twice it was so funny ( once with English subtitles and once with the French sub titles)

I think this movie is hilarious and hope my francophone friends would feel the same. Makes fun of everyone, in a great Canadian comedy tradition.

I wanted a light hearted comedy and wasn't disappointed. It was one of those films that is easy to watch.

I found this to be a very amusing and quite funny film. It is not meant to be one of the GREAT Quebec films. Lighten up !

The potential here was wasted. This is painfully bad.

Ron@Ottawa got it right. Just finished watching this film on the weekend. However, in my case, I wasn't disappointed. On its own terms, cheesiness is ok. Plus, after seeing this one, I wanted to go out and hug all my French "brothers". (Don't know what happened to the sisters.) I'm also in Ottawa - our "bilingual" capital.

No this is not one of those films that put Canada on the map as far as the film industry goes. In fact, it is fairly cheesy and not well directed nor acted. A far cry from 'The Decline of the American Empire' and ' C.R.A.Z.Y', which are examples of excellent films from Quebec. Overall, a disappointment to me.
