I like how the last judge asked Kevorkian whether he had seen [the movie] "Shawshank Redemption." This falsely gave me hope that she was going to be sympathetic towards Kevorkian's actions --- not!
A fitting quote from Shawshank Redemption, "RED: I have to remind myself that some birds aren't meant to be caged. Their feathers are just too bright. And when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up does rejoice. Still, the place you live in is that much more drab and empty that they're gone. I guess I just miss my friend."

Once again, Al Pacino is excellent. I presume the movie is factual. It seems to try to neither promote or condemn Keveorkian, but meerly explain his reasoning for doing what thinks is right. A bit long, maybe too drawn out, but overall, well made.

Pacino very good as Kevorkian, who died the year after this movie was released. as the song says - he fought the law and the law won. but he led the US into the assisted suicide conversation which has now taken root in several states.

A top flight crew of actors led by Al Pacino. Pacino may have given his best role of his career by playing the character Jack Kevorkian by keeping his own pathos out of the way of the role. I defy anyone to watch this "movie" without feeling their minds questioning whether Jack is right or is he questionable in his fight to help the sick and dying get over a hurdle that no one else can.

This was a great tv movie. I actually sympathizes with the real Dr. K and his work. Pacino rocks!

A very worthy biopic. Facinating issues. Remarkable courage and committment portrayed in a GREAT performance by Al Pacino.

I watched this movie after watching the documentary "Death in Oregon". Very interesting. Dr. Death was before his time, and I think, cared very deeply for his patients. Pacino was great!

Remarkable story. Remarkable man. A strange, selfless, determined, gentle man, who simply wanted to assist in preserving the dignity of the suffering. Pacino excecutes the role masterfully.
