When the old Kendall house goes up for sale in New Kassel, Missouri, Torie O'Shea, mother of three and president of the historical society, decides to check it out and see if it would make a nice addition to the town's historical homes. One of the siblings, Glory, happened to be a famous quilter, and Torie immediately thinks of turning the Kendall house into a textile museum.
