Most of it is your usual yoga postures. The pace is very slow, I found, so good for when you also want to mental relax. There are a few good positions that are unique to runners. I don't recommend the standing hamstring stretches, based on the research by lower limb specialist Dr. Stark (see Stark Reality of Stretching for reasons why).
