As a certified Kettlebell Training Academy Instructor and certified Personal Trainer (CANFIT), I can say with authority that this video does not show proper kettlebell usage. The kettlebell used looks too light for the instructor. Kettlebells use the strength of the hips to move the kettlebell and not muscle. In this video, it is clear the instructor is using the kettlebell as a dumbbell and performing kettlebell exercises. It is better to take a live course from a certified instructor.
