When Shaw and Romeo pull up at a convenience store off I-95 in Georgia, their only thought is to fix a leaky tire and be on their way again to Florida--away from their dull Ohio tech-support jobs. But this happens to be the store from which a $318,000,000-million jackpot ticket has been sold--and when a pretty clerk accidentally reveals to Shaw the identity of the winning family, he hatches a ferociously audacious scheme: he and Romeo will squeeze the family for half their prize.

The book was pretty okay. I was unsure of how it might end and that made me want to keep reading. I don't see why the book is titled "Ravens" given the story so i give this a 3.5/5 rating.

Ravens are scavengers, and vultures would have been too obvious.

Story was a bit different from what I usually read with a surpirse ending. I dont get what the title of the book has to do with the whole story. But it flowed really well and was exciting enough for me to finish in almost one sitting. A nice way to spend an evening alone.
