Really slow, one movement at a time. I prefer multi-muscle, multi-person, fun workouts.

I admire the straight forward approach to this workout. It is good for people starting at different fitness levels however, the white back ground is very uninspiring.
I felt like I was watching the trainer Joel get a great workout (in each level).
The nutrition segment is under the assumption that everyone viewing the dvd, has a juicer and wants to eat only raw food. I think a couple basic points about good nutrition as a whole, would have been a better way to use the nutrition part of the dvd.
It was lack luster and I feel that it could have been more inspiring and motivational.
