It was just ok... all information that is pretty common now in days. Lots of anecdotes, not a lot of evidence based info.

Here is another rich guy who is happy. He did have some good ideas but it is like those books where rich people have travelled the world and found themselves. This tainted my perception of the book as I could not relate to it. Just once I would like to read a book about a regular person who found happiness and contentment in their own back yard without a trip to India or Tibet and without a Mercedes in the driveway.
