The information on the benefits of fiber, insulin resistance and the importance of avoiding blood sugar spikes and drops was interesting, but nothing new for me.

What was *new* was the information about PGX. When I started the book I had never heard of it, but because this book is 75% a health and diet book and 25% infomercial (or whatever the book equivalent is) I now know more than I want to.
