Obnoxious. I could not muscle my way through it. This book is best suited for young boys. Do yourself a favor and read Brent Weeks' assassin books instead (shadows edge, etc).

I enjoyed the story, a coming of age story but enjoyable none the less. The Persian or Arabian setting added to the richness of the tale.
