I'm pretty sure this blogger is faking her celiac diagnosis. I'm very sure that this blogger is a florid and melodramatic writer. Also, her recipes barely ever work. Don't read this book--much better illness memoirs, much better gluten free baked goods, much better...all options out there.

This is NOT a cookbook, it is more of an inspirational, funny, passionate ode to food and living a gluten-free lifestyle.

Overall, I would recommend this book to people newly diagnosed with celiac sprue as a memoir of someone who has been there, but look to other sources for recipes and in-depth information.
