Excellent contemporary German cinema about two half-brothers who are very different in their personality and sexual behaviour. The ending is tragic for one and in a sense you may argue he deserves it. If you speak German or can adapt to subtitles, and have an open mind to non-Hollywood type films, you will enjoy this movie. If not, give it a try anyway.

A little slow in places - but the idea is imaginative - 2 brothers who are quite different, although their lives go through parallel events during the movie. One conclusion I could draw from this is that blond German male doctors are pretty callous! The female doctors at least are empathetic. By coincidence, the last movie I watched before this was "Lars and the Real Girl", which isn't very similar, except that in the final scene of this film an inevitable comparison jumped out.

Sexual Content: Full frontal nudity and a couple of 'orgy' scenes, and one of masturbation. Definitely for a mature audience only.
