This is a documentary about international justice originally produced in 2005.
Sixty years ago, with the Nuremberg charter, the world said, "Never again!"
These words, however, proved empty because the Superpowers couldn't agree on a universal code to punish war criminals.
Tyrants have been ruling with impunity while the victims are suffering all over the world---especially in Africa.
In 2002 the International Criminal Court was established in The Hague.
So far 100 countries have signed on to the Court's mandate.
The United states, however, did NOT sign.
It is ovbious that even the States is conducting inhumane and unjustified interrogation on their prisoners.
The White House is cutting off aid to countries that support the ICC.
