A troubling memoir. Chapters 2-8, describing the author’s radicalization as a teen and young adult, provide more details than will interest some readers, but the final three chapters (13-15) are enthralling, particularly the descriptions of Saudi Arabia and its exportation of Islamist extremism to Britain and the rest of the world.

Important read to understand the spread of political Islamism.

Very compelling read into the extremist life of Ed Husain. An incredible page turner and look into the torn identity of a British Muslim man.
