Danny is a thief who has just discovered the location of the top-secret government program, the Shadow Project. Here, the government employs teenagers to use their psychic powers to spy on terrorists. And of course, Danny just happens to have a psychic power of his own.

The concept itself is interesting, but the delivery leaves a lot to be desired. The situations and character relationships seem too convenient and contrived. A quick and easy read, but nothing that stands out.
