Love it. the first couple of pages are picture story only, encouraging observation and discussion. The last page covers all the characters in the book...you just have to look closely. Great for discussion on imagination and pretend. Huge hit with my little kids.

A young whiskered critter in pyjamas (complete with ear-caps) crawls into bed with a menagerie of stuffed animals and a book and begins reading with obvious delight. After a while, a yawn overtakes him and the book falls off the bed and out of sight. The wee reader panics and begins making wild guesses regarding the book's fate - did a bear eat it, or did a rhino run away with it, or was it swallowed by a shark?!? Like Knuffle Bunny, this sweet story's funny and endearing illustrations perfectly depict toddler emotions, from utter despair at the book's loss to unmitigated joy when it is found.
