Dexter Morgan appears to be the perfect handsome gentleman, but appearances are decieving. He is a serial killer who has slain many people. But in this tale, he's the good guy--he only snuffs out other murderers. When another serial killer, with an eerily similar style, starts grabbing headlines, Dexter has a fairly morbid thought: am I being challenged?

Although I must admit that the books will never be as good as the TV series, I must say this was a great book. I was a little different than the first season of Dexter, but was overall a good read. I had good suspense and told a great story. I would recommend this to all Dexter fans or anyone who just likes a good mystery.
