One of the worst movies of the 90s!

Good movie. Plenty of action and quite a few twists.

If you can stand Demi Moore, and can toss the book lightly aside, this one's okay. Yes, those are big ifs. However, the scenery is extremely beautiful, and Gary Oldman is an eloquent and convincing Dimmesdale. And let's face it, who doesn't want to see a Pilgrim Father get an arrow through his buckle?
