This is a really eye opening look at how sensory processing disorder is a matter of progression, and how to interpret it for adults who are affected. It can be something you struggle with your whole life, or be situational and a result of prolonged stress. The book features some techniques on how to tackle sensory needs and to start creating a diet. It was very good as a starting point.
