This is good to view after familiarizing yourself with the SIGIR report (Special Inspector General Iraqi Reconstruction) which detailed the busts, and some of the convictions, of a number of officers, senior noncoms, and contractors for embezzling and similar theft while in Iraq. Also, read up on missing Iraqi oil funds (believe the last number was $8.7 billion) which were supposed to have been kept on account at Federal Reserve Bank of New York. And, understand the two news stories (only one was covered in the US, the other only in Europe) of the drugging and gang rape of Jamie Lee Jones by KBR thugs (although I am baffled by anyone who would go work for a private military contractor, really mercenaries, during a war, especially and illegitimate one at that) and how the KBR kidnapped foreign workers from the Philippines and Bangladesh, claiming that they would be employed in Dubai, then flying them into Iraq to work, under force of arms.
